WEDZE products are all tried and tested at our design facility in Mont Blanc, where they face real-life conditions.
Warmth test
We tested the polyester fibre wadding to make sure it will keep you warm and comfortable. The material has lots of air bubbles, which are perfect for trapping heat. Our testers confirm that the extra wadding insulation on the chest protected them from the cold, meaning they could stay on the slopes for far longer.
Windproof test
Our lab technicians have designed this jacket to combat harsh winds. Our testers wore it on the slopes to make sure the skier or snowboarder is well protected in the most extreme conditions.
Choosing the right ski jacket
The perfect ski jacket includes features such as heat, waterproofing, breathability, features such as snow skirts and removable hoods. What's important is how you feel, so make sure you are comfortable with the fit.
How to wash your ski jacket
It is important to regularly wash your jacket. Always clean deep stains from your jacket by hand: clean deep, stubborn stains with a specific down cleaner and leave to soak for about 15 minutes. Always turn your feather jacket inside out before putting it in the washing machine. Close the zips and pockets. Once the zip is closed, turn the jacket inside out. This will prevent the outer layer from tearing in the washing machine, then put your jacket in the machine on a gentle programme.
How to dry your jacket
You can air dry your jacket on a drying rack, but a tumble dryer will give you the best results.
Repairing or replacing
At Wedze, we guarantee your ski jacket for 2 years. For the duration of this guarantee, we will repair your jacket free of charge. Whether it's snags, seams, zips, etc. Solutions will be offered in your usual Decathlon shop.
