Equipment required: a measuring tape, a book, and a pencil. Stand up, barefoot, back against a wall. Keep your feet slightly apart (around 15-20 cm max) and your heels against the wall. Look straight ahead.
b. Next, place the book against the wall and slide it between your legs up to your perineum: apply a slight force to imitate the pressure of the saddle.
