A sturdy, comfortable frame

We have designed this triple-butted aluminium frame for maximum robustness, sturdiness and comfort. More than 500,000 km of testing under its belt on all continents and in all weather conditions. Internal cable routing. 33 mounts on the frame and fork to attach all your accessories and pannier racks. Compatible with all pannier racks. Removable rear derailleur hanger.

Pannier rack

We have developed a uniquely robust rear pannier rack to carry your belongings. Six bolts attach it to the rear stays, allowing you to carry up to 40 kg of baggage or a child seat. This unique design choice also avoids the problem commonly encountered by bikepackers of screws breaking.You can also equip your bike with a front pannier rack designed specifically for this bike (reference 8646746).

Tyres

We have chosen B'Twin Trekking 9 Grip Protect+ tyres. Tyres that are puncture-proof thanks to their 5 mm-thick anti-puncture elastomer band. Effective traction both on the road and trails, to keep you comfortable on all terrains. Dimensions: 28 x 1.75 (42-622). Weight: 1295g.

Choosing the right touring bike size

4 sizes available: Size S: 1.55 m to 1.65 m tall. Size M: 1.66 m to 1.77 m. Size L: 1.78 m to 1.89 m. Size XL: 1.90 m to 2.01 m If you are on the limit between 2 sizes: Choose the smaller size for greater manoeuvrability and comfort (straighter back). Choose the larger size for a more stretched out position (better suited to speed).

Trailer and FollowMe compatibility

To use a trailer, you need to install a 172 mm through axle on the rear wheel (not supplied): ref. 8618363. Search for "8618363" on the Decathlon website search engine To install a FolllowMe, you will need to purchase the "follow me" kit adapter nut (ref. 8618362) sold at Decathlon. You will also need to purchase an "M12 rear wheel axle" for adapting a FollowMe in size 172mm from a non Decathlon website.
