What comes with this kit?

This kit contains: - 3 bands, each with a different resistance (5,6,7 kg) - A pouch for storing the bands - A QR code providing access to 5 coaching sessions designed for you. You can choose the difficulty of your strength training workout and find fitness sessions designed by certified coaches. And with their pouch, you can bring your bands anywhere!

Bands that are easy to carry and wash!

You can carry your bands easily in their pouch. And if you use them often, you're going to need to wash them. Nothing is easier: - Slide them in a washing bag - Machine wash on a gentle cycle (30°C max) - Air dry them before replacing them in their pouch.

We recommend storing your resistance bands in their pouch in a clean, dry place away from heat sources and extreme temperatures

Cleaning

Hand wash. Maximum temperature of 40°C.
Do not dry clean.
Do not iron.
Do not tumble dry.
Bleaching excluded.
