- When should you take your Kyowa Quality® glutamine?Mix 1 spoonful (5 g) in 100 to 150 ml of water, and drink during or after training. Glutamine can also be taken before bedtime. Glutamine can also be mixed with your protein powders, BCAAs, fruit juices and smoothies.
