It protects pressure zones for up to 3 hours. The foam is soft and the stretchy outer layer hugs the cyclist's body so the pad can follow their movements. - POCKETS- At the back there's a zip-up pocket for things like keys, credit cards, etc. (14 cm x 7 cm) - There's a zip-up water-repellent pocket on the back of the thigh that's easy to access (even with one hand) and positioned to protect your phone from falls (20 cm x 12 cm). - There are two pockets along your thigh for storing cereal bars (15 cm x 4 cm each).
