The innovative PULL'N FIT concept makes it easy to adjust the leg length of the ski trousers so that they adapt perfectly to the kid's body shape. With the new PULL'N FIT system, say goodbye to trousers that are too short or too long! Simply pull up the zips to shorten them!

Wadding thermal insulation

Thermal insulation will keep your young skiers at the right temperature, neither too hot nor too cold. The garment adapts to the body's physical activity and to the outside environment. Wedze uses wadding for insulation to keep the body warm. Wadding is a synthetic component made from polyester which stores more or less air, depending on the length of the fibres. The thicker the wadding, the more air it contains and the warmer it is.

Membrane

The membrane is a very fine component applied to the inner surface of the jacket's outer fabric. This hydrophilic component prevents water from seeping in (snow, rain, etc.) while allowing the perspiration produced by the body to escape.

Fully taped seams

In addition to using a waterproof fabric, we have made these trousers even more watertight by taping the seams. Its adhesive, waterproof strips are affixed on all the seams of the trousers, inside the jacket, to make it perfectly watertight and guarantee complete water-resistance.

There's a label at the top of the lining you can write your child's name on to personalise the product. Handy for finding their trousers after ski school, at the crèche or at school.

How should you dress children to prevent them getting cold legs on the slopes?

To keep your legs warm and dry, 2 layers of clothing are enough: 1 skiing base layer to wick away perspiration and 1 pair of ski trousers to protect from the weather and provide warmth.

Wash cycle: (Remove the shoulder straps)

To optimise the performance and durability of the trousers, we recommend: * Turn the product inside out. * Remove the shoulder straps as they can be damaged by machine use * Machine wash at 30°, synthetic programme. * Add a small amount of detergent. No softener. * Spin between 800 and 1200 rpm recommended * Dry flat or tumble dry Do not dry clean. Do not place on a radiator.

How to maintain

How to wash

Wash the pants on their own. Close the zips and pockets. Turn the pants inside out. This will prevent the outer layer from tearing while washing. Deep stubborn stains should be cleaned with a down cleaner, 15 minutes beforehand. Run a cold wash, select Delicates programme or a hand-wash setting. Run several spin cycles, gently wring any excess water by hand. Take care not to crush the down filling too much. Dry the jacket in a well-ventilated space. A tumble dryer will produce the best results.

How to re-waterproof

There are 2 ways to re-waterproof your item. 1: Use water-repellent reactivation spray. Spray your item about 20cm from the fabric. Apply evenly over the entire item. Leave to dry for up to 12 hours. 2: Use waterproofing liquid. By hand, soak the item for 25 minutes in 30°C water with the waterproofing liquid. By washing machine, pour the waterproofing liquid in the softener compartment and use a 30°C delicates programme. Do not use any washing liquid or softener.

Storing

Store on a hanger and do not fold, as this can damage the fabric's water-resistance. Dry thoroughly before storing in a dry, well-ventilated place.
