How the resistance band works

The resistance of a mini band is equivalent to the weight you have to "lift" with each pull and, therefore, the challenge you have to conquer. This mini band measures: - 35 cm long - 4.5 cm thick - 0.2 cm wide So light, it only weighs 40 grams.

What you can do with a 7 kg mini band

The 7 kg band is our highest resistance. Classified as "strong", we recommend this band for experienced athletes that want to train their lower body. Make your squats and lunges more difficult than ever! Balance out your routine by training upper body with a lighter resistance band (5 kg or 6 kg).

Grippy for maximum focus

As you move and sweat, elastic mini bands tend to slip and fall. We designed our mini fitness band with a grippy material that makes it completely reliable, so you can focus more on your workout than if your band is going to slip.
