Thanks to your feedback, we've chosen to enlarge the number 6 handle to make it easier to put on and remove your elastic band, even when wearing shoes. This wider handle can also act as a mini-band for thigh exercises. For an optimal grip, we recommend using handles 1, 2, 3, or 4 during your workouts.

Caring for your elastic band

After every use, clean your resistance band with a damp cloth and let air dry to increase its lifespan.

When you finish your workout: store your resistance band in a clean, dry place (not outdoors). Do not store near a heat source.
