How can I be sure that my baby's feet are warm during their sledging activities in the snow?
Our designers use wadding to keep the body warm. This polyester-based synthetic component traps more or less air according to its thickness. Consequently, the thicker the wadding, the more air it contains and the warmer it is.
How can I be sure that my baby's feet are dry during their sledging activities in the snow?
The boot's vamp (low thermoplastic part) is snowproof. To make the entire boot waterproof so that you can make the most of your activities in the snow, put the lower part of your trousers, from the snowsuit to the gaiters, over the boot. There is a recess under the sole for the trouser/ski suit elastic to hold it in place.
Why do these boots have identical right and left feet and large eyelets?
These winter boots have been specially designed so that your baby can put them on easily. Indeed, there is no difference between the left and right feet of these furry boots. This means that babies can dress unaided. What's more, there are two eyelets that allow the child to pull on the boots by putting their forefingers inside for a good grip.
What is the difference between traction and grip?
The traction of the boots depends on the number and shape of the lugs (3 mm on this boot). The grip is dependent on the materials of the sole and the tread pattern, like the tyres of your car. Traction optimises propulsion, prevents the boot from slipping backwards when going uphill and stabilises the boot.
Grip prevents the boot from slipping and skidding on smooth ground or in demanding conditions (rain, snow, ice) by giving the sole grip.
Where to write my baby's name on these winter boots
There's a label at the top of the lining for writing your child's name to personalise the après-ski boots. Very useful to find your snow boots!
