The costs for return are the responsibility of the customer and the choice of service is entirely at your discretion.
We aim to process returns (refund/exchanges) within 14 days of receipt. This may be longer in busy periods. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
You can return your order within 30 days from delivery. You can send your items to: Returns Department, Pertemba c/o Universal Textiles 50 Oswin Road Leicester LE3 1HR United Kingdom Goods must be in their original condition or the condition described upon contact. All original packaging and labels must be included (where possible). Any items found to be altered or customised in any way will not be eligible for refund or exchange. We ask that you include a note with your order number and reason for return so that we can quickly identify your order to avoid delays in processing your refund.
You reserve the right to cancel your whole order within 14 days from the day after delivery. We will refund the cost of goods, standard postage and associated packing costs you paid as part of that order. This is accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the 14 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
Delivery is expected to be complete within 3-5 working days of the date of dispatch
