- The advantage of the fleeceThe aim of the fleece component is to trap the air thanks to the volume created by its texture; this air keeps the body warm through its natural insulating potential. It is the brushed quality of the knitted fabric that allows air to be trapped. This fabric provides comfort and warmth. This fabric has been laboratory tested for a comfort temperature ranging from 7°C to 10°C. The wind can make you feel colder, so don’t hesitate to add a waterproof wind-proof jacket if needed.
- The collar to keep you warmThe neckline reaches the top of the neck to conserve body heat. The neck has a close-fit to prevent the wind from rushing in.
- Which size to choose? The fit has been designed to be sufficiently loose-fitting to avoid impeding your movements and manoeuvres. You can therefore wear the fleece in your usual size over a t-shirt or polo shirt or underneath your jacket.
- What is a fabric’s breathability and the RET index that measures it?The breathability of your fleece corresponds to its ability to let perspiration generated by the body escape. It is measured by its Resistance to Evaporative Transfer (ISO 11092 standard). The RET is a resistance index; the lower the value, the greater the breathability of the fabric. RET between 6 and 9: extremely breathable, between 10 and 13: very breathable, between 14 and 17: breathable, between 18 and 20: not very breathable, over 20: not breathable. Fleece RET 100 < 12

Ecodesign approach
Analysing the product's environmental footprint enabled us to identify the most impactful stages of its life cycle. Thanks to this approach, our design teams were able to develop this product while significantly reducing its environmental impact.More about our approach

Recycled polyamide
Product made from 1% recycled polyamideUsing recycled polyamide rather than conventional polyamide reduces the CO2 emissions linked to the material by at least 38%.

Recycled polyester
Product made from 86% recycled polyesterUsing recycled polyester rather than conventional polyester reduces the CO2 emissions linked to the material by at least 17%.

Greige (undyed)
Product made from 1% undyed yarnUsing this finishing process enables us to reduce CO2 emissions linked to the production of undyed textiles by at least 53% compared to conventional dyeing.

Dope dyed
Product made from 82% dope dyed yarnUsing this mass-dyeing process enables us to reduce CO2 emissions linked to the production of dyed textiles by at least 17% compared to conventional dyeing.
