Design details

Why take a windbreaker to the high mountains?

The wind quickly lowers the temperature, especially at high altitude. Having a windproof jacket as a 2nd or 3rd layer, as appropriate for the conditions, considerably improves thermal comfort and allows you to go further up the mountain without putting yourself at risk. This jacket protects the user from wind (or relative wind) up to 10 km/h.

A jacket at hand

The jacket can be turned inside out and stored in the chest pocket. It can be easily attached to your harness with a carabiner via a fabric tie.

Fabric resistance

Highly polyamide fabric. Our fabrics are tested in the laboratory on a machine reproducing textile abrasion and in the field in extreme and daily use with our technical partners, professionals and high mountain guides.

Avoid washing with products with a rip-tab

Cleaning

Do not dry clean.
Drying in tumble dryer possible. Low temperature, maximum drum exhaust temperature 60°C.
Do not iron.
Maximum wash temperature of 30°C. Very moderate treatment.
Bleaching excluded.
