LIO ONE-PIECE + AQUABRA POOL SPORTS BRA CONCEPT

This swimsuit is sold without a built-in bra, so we recommend that you purchase an Aquabra pool sports bra to layer under the swimsuit during aquafitness or aquabiking sessions. You can choose the right bra size for your bust to provide good support during your classes. Then, when you are relaxing, you can remove the bra and wear your one-piece swimsuit on its own.

WHY DO I NEED TO WEAR A SWIMSUIT WITH BUST SUPPORT?

You will be in the water but in a vertical position, your bust is therefore subjected to more impact to a greater or lesser degree, regardless of your body shape or your age. During a session, your breasts will move and bounce and can weigh up to 5 times their original weight. A swimsuit with a built-in bra helps protect your bust from repeated impacts. We have three levels of support to choose from, depending on the intensity of your sports practise.

LEVELS OF SUPPORT ACCORDING TO THE INTENSITY OF YOUR PRACTISE

Light support: suitable for gentle activities with little movement in the water (gentle Aquafitness, Aquabiking, strength training, Aquayoga, etc.) Moderate support: suitable for dynamic activities with movements in the water (Aquafitness, Aquazumba, Aquaboxing, etc.) Enhanced support: suitable for very dynamic activities with lots of repetitions (Aquajump, Aquacrosstraining, etc.) For fuller busts, we recommend choosing a model with enhanced support.
