- How to use1.Put the black elastic band around the tube. 2. Put up to 4 balls inside the tube. 3.Close the tube but not entirely, to make it easier to open. 4. Use the pump to pressurise your balls (pressure between 1.5 and 2.3 bars). 5.Before you re-open the tube to use the balls, it's important to remove the air from the tube (otherwise the lid could come off all of a sudden).
