Upper body circuit training workout:
- 3 to 5 rounds of the following circuit, 1-2 minutes recovery after each round
- 20-40" of recovery between exercises
When you finish exercise 1, continue to the second after recovery, and so on.
Do 8-12 reps of each exercise with the kit.
- Military press
- Wide grip rows
- Biceps
You can increase the number of reps or add exercises as you progress.
