This bag can hold 1 road inner tube (700), 2 tyre levers, 1 multitool, and 2 CO2 cartridges (16 g)

Is this bag 100% watertight?

No. Although the component is fully waterproof, water can still enter through the zip. In very wet conditions, we recommend using a mudguard to limit water spray from the rear wheel onto the saddle bag.
