The Rock Lob enables you to perform 4 main grips: half crimp, pinch, pocket, sloper.
You can use these grips in static or dynamic mode:
1. With the rope in the hold and swinging like a monkey.
2. Without the rope and attaching the Rocklobs to the wall like a normal hold (suitable bolts not supplied).
3. Pulling the rope through the ball and securing it with a carabiner in a loop: this gives you a round rotating hold or a hanging bag.
