How to choose the right size hoop
To practise Rhythmic Gymnastics, gymnasts need a hoop that is the right size for their age and body type.
To choose the right size, the hoop should come up to hip level. We have a variety of sizes to help you find the right one.
To find your size: Stand with your feet together and flat on the ground. Place the hoop next to your leg. The hoop should come up to hip level.
How to care for your hoop
We recommend using your hoop on a surface such as a gymnastics mat or multisports floor because hard surfaces such as wood and concrete will damage it.
Wash the hoop with a bit of washing up liquid, water, and a soft sponge. Rinse well and rub gently.
Dry with a microfibre cloth to avoid abrasion.
