WHAT TO EAT DURING EXERCISE OR AS A SNACK

"Our protein bars are not designed to be eaten during exercise.For an energy boost, we recommend date, fruit or almond paste, energy gels and hydrogels, designed for rapid carbohydrate intake during exercise. Our protein bars are not snacks. If you are feeling a bit peckish, opt for a seed bar, cereal bar, our protein cubes, a piece of fruit, seeds and dried fruit, etc.

Our protein bars are designed for people practising strength training and all other athletes!They are also perfectly adapted and recommended after an intense endurance effort:running, cycling, triathlon, etc.

For better performance and health, we reduced the list of ingredients as much as possible.Our protein bars do not contain sweeteners, and all the ingredients on the list are used in the recipe. Nothing is superfluous.Added bonus: Fairtrade cocoa!
