We've revisited the recipe and reduced the ingredients list to keep only the essential.We thus created an almond bar whose composition is easy to understand: sugar, almonds, honey, powdered acerola juice, pectin, natural almond flavouring and sea salt. Of course, all ingredients are farmed naturally.

ALMOND BAR, DATE BAR OR FRUIT BAR, WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

These 3 bars have a slightly different texture, taste and balance between carbs fat and protein. In fact, these bars contain a touch more carbohydrates and proteins than a date or fruit bar. Above all, it is a question of preference. And nothing stops you from combining them and alternating your taste preferences when on a long run. Good to know: 100 g of almonds provides around 21 g of protein.

Our almond energy bars are not a snack.
