This storage device fastens to the top tube and around the stem with four hook and loop straps to give a neat and secure fit to the frame. It is very quick and easy to install. The bag is made from a water-resistant material and this is further aided by a premium waterproof zipper. The zip puller is big enough to allow easy entry and closure even if wearing gloves.
