The aluminium **VEO 3+ 263CB 160S** is an incredibly versatile carbon fibre tripod that comes with a market leading multi-angle central column that can be moved almost 360° in any direction. When combined with the three easy set leg angles, it makes the VEO 3+ perfect for any style of photography - moving from macro shots with your lens at ground level, to upright landscape shots in seconds. You can also use the multi-angle central column as a multi-mount when you pair it with the VEO+ MA1 Adaptor which is provided free in pack. The VEO+ MA1 simply slides onto the central column to create another attachment point, allowing you to attach additional equipment to your tripod to enhance any shot, be it a monitor, flash, lighting, microphone and more. Despite this flexibility, when locked off, the MACC provides an incredibly stable platform at any angle for up to a 15kg/33lbs maximum load capacity which is capable of handling the largest camera kits. The 26mm diameter, 3-section legs offer more than just a solid base, and are packed with features. The innovative push button design allows you to easily set the legs at three angles (23°, 50° and 80°) for maximum stability on any terrain. Combined with the easy set twist locks, this allows you to set up the tripod to it's maximum height of 172.5cm, down to the ground for macro shots, or almost anywhere in between. The tripod also features a leg that can be unscrewed to convert into a monopod. Simply remove the leg and the central column, and screw the two together and you have a monopod that extends to 182.5cm. The easy set twist locks allow you to release or tighten the locking mechanism, allowing you to deploy your tripod in seconds, and to lock the legs solid. They are also incredibly easy to clean, allowing you to use the tripod in more extreme conditions to capture that perfect shot, with the knowledge that you can clean the legs thoroughly when you return home, maximizing the life of the tripod. For maximum stability on any surface, the tripod comes with rubber feet that can be removed and replaced with spiked feet (provided). The tripod canopy also includes a 3/8" thread for an additional support arm such as a Vanguard tripod support arm (not provided), that then allows a wide range of accessories to be attached to the tripod to maximise the shot. To cater for different style heads over time, the top of the tripod features a thread that converts from 3/8" to 1/4" so any head will fit. This kit is topped with a **VEO BH-160S Arca Compatible, Dual Axis Ball Head** that features an oversized locking knob that is easy to use in any conditions, even wearing gloves. This delivers the most solid grip possible, allowing the kit to handle a maximum load capacity of up to 15kg/33lbs. For perfect panoramas, there is a spirit bubble, a separate pan-lock, a smooth movement and a grading system on the base of the head that allows you to be confident that the photos you've taken can be stitched together with ease in the post-production. For maximum versatility there is a second pan-lock on the quick release mount platform that allows you to pan, or create detailed adjustments, without needing to upset the core setting of your head. This may sound like a gimmick, but it allows you to get a level in seconds on any slope, removing the need to fiddle with the tripod legs to get a level.
