BICEPS, SHOULDERS, CHEST AND MORE
Using both the upper pulleys you can perform precise training of your chest or biceps. Using the low pulleys, you can train your shoulders comprehensively. Another option is to exercise using only one side of the pulley machine. You can bend your forearms (biceps training) in a standing position, pull the bar up with your both hands to the chin height (shoulder training) or sit on the floor with a one-handed or two-leg row (back muscles). Of course, these are just a few possibilities. Your training can be really extensive.
PRECISE WEIGHT LOAD
The Crossover is equipped with plastic grommets, thanks to which the pulley works smoothly - it guarantees safe and comfortable training. Depending on the intensity of your workout, you can apply different weight loads. The load bar has a total length of 50 cm (25 cm on each side). This gives you an option of heavily weighting down the device or of using many lighter weight plates, and thus selecting a precise weight load for each exercise. The universal diameter (21.3 mm) allows the use of weights from different manufacturers.
MOTION UNDER CONTROL
The hook shaped corners as well as the rubber bumper ensure safety during exercise. Even a dynamically released bar or cable will stop in the correct position and allow you to continue after.
STABLE CONSTRUCTION
For best results and stability, the equipment should be attached to the ground with mounting anchors. Due to the variety of surfaces, anchors are not included in the kit.
SAFE FIXING
The upper frame has been reinforced with four solid screws. Each has a special rubber cover so that an accidental impact during training does not cause the slightest injury.
PULL-UP BAR
Perform a variety of exercises on the bar. A nice grip is ensured with two rubber handles, so you can focus only on the exercise performed. It is made of a 21mm steel tube.
