MULTI-USE PULL-UP/DIP BAR
You can hook a pull-up bar on the ladder and perform precise training of your back, arms, and abdomen. The distance of the main bar from the ladder is 60 cm, which makes it comfortable while exercising and prevents any accidental misuse or injury.
COMFORTABLE HAND GRIPS
You can use the pull-up bar in several different ways - the widest grip has a spacing of 110cm, the medium grip 60cm, and the narrow one 20cm. Thanks to this, you can train different muscle groups individually.
ADJUSTABLE DIP-BAR
Di station gives you the opportunity to perform training focused on several muscle groups such as the triceps, chest, and abdominal muscles. They extend up to 16 cm from the frame and can be easily adjusted to suit the needs of the exercise or the user.
QUICK SWITCH
During training, you can easily change up the device from a pull-up bar to a dip station. You just attach the hooks on the selected wall bar and you're good to go.

The whole structure of the wall bars is made of high-quality Polish steel with a 40x40 steel profile.
