The BH Fitness CTBS2 Cross Trainer is designed for regular use, for a user with a maximum weight of 110 kg. It’s perfect for toning muscles and burning calories with a low impact on the joints. The 10 Kg flywheel and the Magnetic Resistance System, adjustable in 24 levels, guarantee precise and silent training that helps you get the most out of your training sessions. The BH Fitness CTBS2 Cross Trainer has a 30 cm Stride length, and the distance between pedals is only 16 cm! Adjust the footrests horizontally for a 100% ergonomic workout by increasing or reducing the distance between the pedals and the poles to suit your physiology and create a natural position during the exercise.
The BH Fitness CTBS2 is supplied with a two-colour backlit LCD console with 9 predefined programs and 4 customizable profiles, 4 heart rate control programs and a body fat test. In addition, it displays Time, Speed / RPM, Distance, Watts / Calories, and pulse. The sensors in the handlebar measure your heart rate during training. The console also allows a wireless connection to a Chest Belt (not incl.) for telemetric heartbeat monitoring for extra security.
The console comes with a holder for a tablet or Smartphone, so you can train and watch videos, series or listen to music. When you have finished your training session, you can tilt the Elliptical and use the front transport wheels to store it easily.
