You can conveniently take your essentials with you in your running shoulder bag when out on a run: - smartphone - keys - energy bars/gels/jellies - cards (ID cards, credit cards, etc.) We've also positioned 2 practical straps on the external side to hold your windproof jacket or compact waterproof jacket. Our running bag weighs 134 g.

STABILISE your running bag

Placement adviceStart by properly adjusting the main strap so that it is tight against your body, with the bag in a central position on the back or in the middle of the chest and the removable strap towards the bottom. Then clip the removable strap to the relevant attachment. Check that it is also tight and fits properly. You are ready for your sporting outing!
