How does a percussion massage work?

In short, it's a massage that hammers or taps, without having to make any effort. Its the device that generates the percussions, not you! The result is a self-massage that goes into greater depth in order to produce superior muscle relaxation after a sport session.

What muscles should you massage with a percussion massage device?

All of them! from the back of the neck to the feet. In practice, it's entirely possible and, indeed, easy thanks to the ergonomic handhold of the massage device, the 3 vibration levels and the 4 massage heads that can be adapted to your sensitivity and the size of your muscles. Why use the percussion massage device?

Before first use, charge the battery completely. Then press and hold the button to switch on the device. Depending on the area to be massaged and the desired effect, choose the massage head and vibration speed. The speed changes by simply pressing the button. You can adjust the pressure according to the depth required. A word of advice: use the device over your clothing by pressing on it and moving it over the body.

Why provide 4 massage heads with the percussion massage device?

To adapt to the needs of every sports user, the massage device is equipped with 4 easily interchangeable massage heads. The round head and the flat head can be used on every part of the body. The soft round ball is particularly suitable for large muscles. The double massage head is perfect for self-massaging between two muscles without touching the bones. The added extra: the massage head for trigger points, these small areas of tension on the muscles.
