- Choosing your basketball shoesWhen shopping for basketball shoes, you need to: 1- Determine your child's level and frequency of play 2- Can the child tie laces independently? 3- Pick the correct upper height: covered ankle or not?
- What size to choose?We recommend having them try on the shoes before their first practice, and choose your child's usual size for playing basketball. There should be about 1 cm between your toe and the end of the shoe because the foot will tend to swell slightly during exercise. Finally, make sure that your child wears basketball-specific socks that reduce friction in the areas that are most likely to get rubbed.
