Preparation advice

Open the sachet and turn back the two ends so they touch each other. Then fill with hot water to level 7 (260 ml). Mix with your cutlery, close the zip and wait 9 minutes before reopening the sachet. Mix again and taste your meal. The amount of water can be adjusted depending on your preference. You're a chef!

Freeze-drying and dehydration?

These two preservation techniques extract the water from the foodstuff through a cold or hot drying process. Freeze-drying takes the water contained in the food by transferring it from solid state (frozen) to gas form. Dehydration dries the food at high temperature.
