WHY USE A NOSE CLIP RATHER THAN A MASK?
The nose clip is used to equalise the ears without needing to use your hands, for increased fluidity and better concentration.
Unlike a mask, it facilitates the diving reflex, which starts to take effect as soon as the face (and the eye area in particular) comes into contact with cold water. This triggers a natural response in the body which helps with freediving.
The nose clip is used for dynamic (in the swimming pool), static and deep (in the sea or diving pool) freediving.

As part of an eco-design approach, we have decided to use a cord made from off-cuts produced in the manufacturing of gaskets (marine ropes) made in France.
You will find out the colour chosen by our production team when you receive your product!
PRODUCED IN FRANCE TO MINIMISE TRANSPORTATION
3D-printed in DECATHLON'S additive-manufacturing laboratory in France, each nose clip is then assembled in France by a company helping to integrate people into work.

MORPHOLOGICAL SHAPE
The shape of this nose clip is designed for an easier grip and to adapt to different nose shapes (depending on the cartilage) in order to avoid any points of hard pressure.
Production using 3D printing techniques allowed for numerous iterations before approving the final shape and enabled us to test 3D patterns with a lattice structure (repeated organic shapes).

HOW TO PUT ON AND TAKE OFF YOUR NOSE CLIP?
Once the nose clip is on, it is very easy to release with just one hand:
All you have to do is push your thumb against the edge of the rail and use your index finger to adjust the movable locking arm near the lower edge.
The nose clips will come undone and free your nose!
A PRODUCT THAT CAN BE RECYCLED AT THE END OF ITS LIFE
Both the product (3D printed) and the cord are made from 100% polyamide components.
This product is therefore entirely recyclable without procedures to separate the components.
