Max loads and safety tips

Rack: - Max load: 200 kg. Pull-up bar: - max load 130 kg (bodyweight + weights) Bar rest: - Maximum load 200 kg For your safety, your rack has been tested with a load 2.5 times greater than its maximum claimed load! For use with 1.75 m and 2 m weight training and weight lifting bars. Always insert the metal safety pins and carry out a visual check before starting your session.

Work out safely

- Our rack complies with European safety standards, ensuring risk-free use. In the event of an imbalance, such as removing half the load from one side, the structure remains stable, preventing it from tipping over. - For those worried about uneven surfaces, our rack is designed to maintain its stability even on a 10% sloping floor. - Your bar rack can support up to 200 kg (100 kg per rack) and the pull-up bar 130 kg (body weight + ballast).

Assembly time and instructions

Assembly time: - 45 minutes, 2 adults To fold down your rack: - Unscrew and unclip the safety dials (the white lines will no longer be facing each other) - Remove the safety pin - Place the bar rest on an immobile holder to not block the pull-up bar - Pull the handle on the lower bar Never open/fold down the rack with weights or a weight bar in place.

You can add accessories to this rack for more exercise options: - A dip kit (ref: 8612857) - A landmine (ref.: 8766095, 50 mm or 28 mm, adapter included) - 1 x 2 m bar, 28 mm diameter (ref.: 8289900) - Weights (ref.: 1042303) - Disc collars (ref.: 8574652) If you have limited space, the Fold-Down Bench 500 (ref.: 8616804) will round out this rack without taking up too much space You can also use mats to protect your floors (ref.: 8224362).

Can you install this rack outdoors?

No, it is not designed for outdoor use. This metal rack has not been treated to protect it from moisture or sunlight. If you keep it outdoors or in a damp place, it may rust, which can weaken the structure and make it unsafe to use.
