Our technicians will check compatibility and ensure the derailleur hanger is completely straight to ensure the derailleur is well aligned. We'll fit a new derailleur and tension the cable. We'll also assess your bike before starting and let you know in advance if we need to do anything else (ie Gear service / New Derailleur hanger) to keep you moving safely!
