1 - Choosing the right SIZE - Skate 900

Choose ski size according to your weight and not its length. SKI SKATE 900 SOFT CAMBER - 55 to 65 kg = 181 cm MEDIUM CAMBER - 65 to 75 kg = 181 cm - 70 to 90 kg = 188 cm HARD CAMBER - 90 to 120 kg = 188 cm - 100 to 130 kg = 193 cm You must also take into account your level of ability – a long ski optimises glide performance and speed

2 - A sintered base, for superior slide

The base is the part of the ski in contact with the snow. It is made of polyethylene (HDPE), which can be extruded or sintered during the manufacturing process. The base of the 900 ski is made of sintered HDPE, which is a plastic powder of a high molecular weight that is heated, compressed and cut into a plate. This process produces a more dense base and delivers superior glide performance and durability.

3 - XCELERATOR skate ski bindings – the technology to help you go faster!

All of our skis are sold with Rottefella bindings that are compatible with the NNN, prolink and Turnamic standards. The 900 skis are equipped with the Rottefella XCELERATOR skate bindings - Quick lock system The binding can be easily moved without tools to suit your needs.

4 - Waxing, the secret of durability!

When buying skis, we recommend that you prepare the base well to achieve an optimum glide. Several consecutive waxings are best to "nourish" the base properly. To maintain the performance of your skis, don't forget to wax them regularly!
