At theSwimmingShop we are happy to refund or exchange any item(s) returned within 30 days of being purchased, provided they are in their original packing, in a fully resalable condition along with your original proof of purchase and where appropriate with any hygiene labels fully intact. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of water bottles, nose clips or ear plugs.

All items are covered by a minimum of 12 months manufacturer's guarantee and sometimes longer. We want you to be happy with your purchase so do contact us if you have any problems. We're here to help!

We offer a standard delivery service by Royal Mail (generally 4-6 days from date of order) and also an express service (2-3 days) which is fully tracked. Some bulky orders may be subject to additional charges and non mainland UK can be quoted separately too. Orders that qualify for our free delivery threshold are sent on the standard service.
