All returns are sent at the cost and convenience of the buyer unless advised otherwise.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive, assess and process the refund.

We offer a standard 30 day return policy for any items found to be unsuitable when physically received. Should there be a problem with your order, for example an error has occurred, or a fault is suspected, please contact us directly so we can provide support as necessary. Standard Returns Instructions Providing the goods are being returned in a new and unused condition we will be able offer a full product refund plus any standard shipping charge incurred for the original order. For our team to match the returned item to the order please include your order details on a piece of paper with the return shipment – Name, Order ID and Delivery Postcode. Please be advised, standard returns are shipped at your own cost and convenience and Kates Skates will not be held liable for the cost. It is therefore in your best interest to research the best method of return to suit your needs. We advise using online services such as Collect+ or myHermes as they offer better rates than Royal Mail and have a wide range of options to suit all needs (eg print in store and collections). Please note, sticking tape and/or labels etc. directly onto the product or the product packaging will result in a charge being made. To avoid this, please ensure the item(s) are sufficiently packaged for transport. All goods are supplied with a standard manufacturers warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days unless indicated otherwise. This does not cover normal wear and tear, impact damage or damage due to incorrect use. Your statuary rights are not affected.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm for working days and orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day. We offer a choice of Express Shipping (next working day) and Standard Shipping (3 to 5 working days). For certain postcodes Express Shipping may take up to 2 working days due to logistical constraints. Please be aware, we are closed for public holidays and weekends, all orders placed on these dates will be sent on the next working day.
