It's super-easy to use: simply adjust the height of the foot straps and you're ready to row. The self-regulated resistance is smoother than any other, giving you the sensation of gliding along the water.

Solid ash is a soft, wood, meaning that your rowing machine will last a long time. At 2 cm thick, the solid wood frame gives you the flexibility, stability and needed during your workouts.
