Is a ground mat really necessary for yoga?

You've decided to take up yoga and when it comes to getting kitted out, you're tempted to use your gym or camping mat. Not a good idea! To be used for yoga, a mat must meet certain criteria for grip and thickness. This is so that you can exercise comfortably and, above all, without risk of injury during dynamic sequences and balancing exercises.

Why do you need a grippy yoga mat?

Why does the Grip + 4 mm mat have the ideal thickness?

For dynamic yoga, we recommend using a mat with a thickness of up to 5 mm to ensure good grip and stability, which are essential for maintaining balance.

Then let it dry naturally before rolling it up again.Avoid exposing it to the sun".
