The Viavito HDB1000 is a heavy-duty free-standing boxing stand with a solid tubular steel construction and a height-adjustable 23” speed ball platform. It can be used with a speed bag and a 4ft (122cm) punch bag weighing up to 45kg (99lbs). There is an included high-speed swivel, and the speed bag platform can be easily adjusted from 168cm-206cm (66”-81”) to accommodate users of different heights. This robust stand is great for increasing speed, punching power and reaction time and allows for improving kicking technique, co-ordination and accuracy.
