DECATHLON MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

  1. All Decathlon Membership account holders must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
  2. Account Holders of the Decathlon Membership must keep Decathlon updated of any personal detail changes. Account Holders should ensure that any name or address changes are reported.
  3. Decathlon Membership remains the responsibility of the Account Holder, as do any security details relating to the account. Decathlon cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the Account Holder failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items.
  4. Decathlon may, at any time, decline to issue, withdraw, cancel or terminate any Decathlon Membership and/or remove an Account Holder from the Customer Membership where Decathlon reasonably believes there has been any behaviour relating to the Decathlon Membership Programme or Decathlon that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
  5. Decathlon UK Ltd won’t be able to accept vouchers generated by other Decathlon countries through their local Loyalty Scheme.

  1. The data collected through the Decathlon Membership programme is intended for the company DECATHLON UK Ltd, in his capacity as data controller. This information is also intended for the company DECATHLON SA and its subsidiaries.
  2. Decathlon may be able to transfer the personal data of its customers to the suppliers in charge of some parts of the administration of the Decathlon Membership programme, accordingly to the Law of England and Wales.

These treatments allow the delivery of the customer’s account management, the provision of benefits and services associated with the Decathlon Membership, processing orders, etc.

The personal data collected will be used by DECATHLON UK Ltd and Decathlon Network businesses, through education and marketing activities and statistics to provide the customer with the most adapted offers to their sporting preferences, to monitor the quality of the products and services offered, and subject to the customer’s prior approval, to allow marketing by any channel type (paper mail, electronic, etc.).

  2. by sending a letter to Decathlon Membership Team, Canada Water Retail Park, Surrey Quays Road, London, SE16 2XU.
  1. By agreeing with these Terms & Conditions the customer accepts to be contacted about any non promotional subject related with the Decathlon Membership Programme. This communication shall be made in order to provide, by any channel (electronic or not), the services and information of our programme. The Account Holder is informed that the first transfer of data occurs in this moment. This agreement may be revoked at any time by writing to the Decathlon Membership Team, Decathlon UK, Decathlon Card, Canada Water Retail Park, Surrey Quays Road, SE16 2XU, London. The Account Holder is informed that the delivery of the data contained in this application is mandatory and its absence or incorrectness empowers the programme to deny their involvement. The sections not marked with * are optional and will not deny the application.
