What you need to is: go to our website and find the item that you want⁣; select your size and go to ‘stock in store’ and ‘see stock in stores’⁣; select Wednesbury and press ‘Please login to order’⁣; enter your details and press ‘next’;⁣ now you can select ‘Pick up from this store only in 1 hour’⁣; express checkout⁣; insert your card details and press ‘order and pay’⁣. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect (within 1 hour)⁣.

Free Click & Collect

CLICK AND COLLECT is a free delivery option that allows you to collect online orders in store. Once you place an order you will receive an email when your parcel is ready to collect. Remember to present your order number (GB123...) and some form of ID when you come to the store for collection.

All our services are conveniently bookable both in-store and online via Booxi. While we specialise in watersports repairs in many of our stores, tent repair services are available at select locations. Additionally, we offer ski and snowboarding maintenance, and personalized t-shirt printing services. Please check your nearest store for the availability of these services. Product Buyback

Decathlon’s Buyback service offers you the opportunity to renew your sporting passions by trading in your old Decathlon products for new ones! You’ll be able to trade in your old Decathlon Bikes, which we purchase in exchange for a gift card that can be spent in-store or online. This not only provides a seamless upgrade path for our loyal customers but also ensures that these pre-owned bikes are refurbished and given a second life. They're then resold online as part of our second hand range, providing affordable and sustainable sports solutions to more people. Our Buyback service reflects our commitment to keeping products in the life cycle for longer, reducing waste and CO2 emissions, and offering more sustainable choices for our sports-loving community.
