DOMYOS Stable Swiss Ball - Burgundy

We have made this Swiss Ball more accessible than a classic ball. It has a weighted base to prevent it from rolling away between exercises so you can maintain full concentration during your workout.
It is also easier to store - pretty practical, don't you think?

We've swapped our office chairs for a Swiss Ball.
The result: we've been working our abs and strengthening our backs each day, (almost) without realising it.

Inflate your ball
Remove the pump's nozzle from the hole
Plug the hole with your finger, with the stopper in your other hand
Sit on the ball and adjust the size, then put the stopper in the hole
Intended for:
Pilates - when sitting on the ball your knees should be bent to 90° and at the same height as your hips, or slightly higher
Office - adjust the ball's height so that your elbows are at the same height as the top of your desk

Our balls are puncture resistant so that they won't suddenly burst as you use them
If it does get punctured, your ball will deflate slowly
To work:
The ball's surface should not have any scratches or rub marks
The floor should be clean and empty of any sharp/pointy objects
You must follow the use restrictions, inflation instructions, storage instructions and maintenance advice, and not exceed the maximum size
