Decathlon UK is taking the current situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus) very seriously and we have a dedicated team to regularly review the measures being undertaken by the Company in light of advice from the Government and Decathlon United.
You will find below the answers to the commonly asked questions regarding the impact of COVID-19 on our activity :

There are a also few important things you should know.

1) To keep our employees as safe, we're temporarily stopping our click & collect (C&C) service whilst we re-open our stores. Our C&C service will resume as normal once our safety teams have given the OK.

2) There are 10 stores deemed safe enough to keep click & collect open. You'll find them listed below:
London Surrey Quays: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 11 am to 5pm
Stockport: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10.30 am to 4.30pm
Belfast: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 1 pm to 5pm
Braehead: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10 am to 6pm
Nottingham: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 1 pm to 5pm
Edinburgh: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10 am to 6pm
Sheffield: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10.30 am to 4.30pm
London High Street Kensington: Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm and Sunday 11 am to 5pm
London Wandsworth: Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm and Sunday 11 am to 5pm.
Lakeside: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 11 am to 5pm.
Brighton: Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm and Sunday 11 am to 5pm.


3) Our re-open stores are selling essential products like bikes, but you will also be able to access our full range of products in accordance with the Trading Standards advice.

Yes, you can always place your orders on decathlon.co.uk and have them delivered to your home. Our teams make every effort to guarantee the most suitable delivery times. Be aware that, given the circumstances they are nevertheless exceptionally long.

In an effort to handle demand during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we’ve had to place a daily limit on orders. The count resets at 11 PM every day.

Yes, we organise ourselves to secure our supplies and offer you, permanently and in sufficient quantities, all the products you want. Again, it is taking us longer than usual.

At the moment we do not have any pre order system. You would need to wait for the product to be back in stock to place your order.
When will that be? Information will be displayed on the product page if resupply has been scheduled.
If no information is displayed, it means we do not have any time frame for resupply on this particular product.

At the moment we have a maximum number of bikes we can ship per day. The count resets at 11pm every day so that would be the best time to try, although we do have a peak of attempts at this time so we can't guarantee a slot for everyone.
Unfortunately, the demand is much higher than what we are capable of processing at the moment, so not everyone manages to secure a slot. Don’t lose hope !

At the moment we are not able to process cycle scheme vouchers for online payments. You would need to wait for our stores to open again to redeem it with us.

We will send you a personalized communication as soon as possible to inform you of the deadline and the method of recovery.

If you bought the item in store: We recommend you to keep your proof of purchase, you will be able to return the product to us at the reopening of our stores. We will of course show understanding if your return is made outside the deadlines set out in our returns policy.
