TECHNICAL INFORMATION

EVOFIT LINER = THERMOFORMABLE LINER

Thanks to the Evofit concept, your ski boots follow the shape of your foot without compromising on support.
The original wraparound design enables the boots to adapt to all tibia/calf shapes. We have used different thicknesses of foam that are all thermoformable to protect at-risk areas such as the malleolus and metatarsus. Thanks to the shape of this liner, you do not need to tighten your boots a lot to have good support.

WHY CHANGE A SKI BOOT LINER?

The first reason to change a ski boot is a liner that ages faster than the shell .
You are not comfortable in your ski boots because your foot moves too much! The Evofit liner is a real alternative that will help you avoid having to change your ski boots. This liner offers great comfort thanks to great quality EVA foam. However, if hard points remain, you can thermoform your liner to compact areas where you feel pressure.

WHY THERMOFORM A SKI BOOT LINER?

Some liners use thermoforming foams. The foam of the liner can be heated to take the shape of your foot and the shell of the shoe. It improves liner-shell compatibility and leave more space for your foot, for better comfort.
We recommend you ski in your boots for 2 days before you decide if you need to thermoform them or not.

HOW TO THERMOFORM YOUR LINERS AT HOME?

1- Preheat the oven to 80°C on fan mode.
2- Remove the liners from the shells.
3- Remove the insoles from your liners.
4- Place the liner only in the oven for 10 minutes.
5- Remove the liners from the oven.
6- Put the soles inside the liners.
7- Put the liners back into the boots.
8- Put on your boots and lock each buckle to the mid-way setting.
9- Wait for 15 minutes at room temperature before removing the boot.
There you go, you are ready to ski

HOW TO EASILY PUT ON YOUR SKI BOOTS WITH AN EVOFIT LINER?

You can open up the top of your liner by pulling on the two sides (in and out) to obtain a wide opening. Be careful to place the sides back properly as there is an inner side and an outer side.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU FEEL PAIN IN YOUR FOOT?

1/ Choose a technical skiing sock, fine to avoid areas of pressure and improve blood circulation in the foot.
2/ Choose a sole that is adapted to the shape of your foot to avoid crushing it and it touching the shell. Ask a salesperson in store for advice.
3/ Thermoform you liner.
