return an online order by post

At www.decathlon.co.uk in My Account:

1- Click on "My Account"
2- Sign in
3- Click on "My Purchases"
4- Click on "Create an Online Return"
5- Select your order by clicking on "See Details"
6- In the order status area, click on "To create a Return"
7- Select the quantity of the items you are returning
8- Select the return reason
9- Click on "Options" to select the refund or exchange option

You need to follow all steps and print your Returns form. Enclose the returns form with product(s) and package up securely. If you cannot print the return form, please include a note stating your order number, return ID, name, contact details, reason for return and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action on your return.

On receiving your parcel, we will release your exchange order or process your refund.

Please note, that in-store purchase can only be returned to Decathlon Stores.

Delivery Charges

We will refund the delivery charge you will have initially paid for your unwanted order. This is only eligible to customers returning the full order, within 365 days.

Cost of returning the goods

The cost of returning any unwanted product, for an exchange or a refund, will be at your charge.

If your order is faulty, www.decathlon.co.uk will pay for the cost of return. Please contact our Customer Loyalty Team to organise this return.

Change or cancel an order

If you have paid with Paypal, Debit or Credit card, we will be able to change an order provided you contact us before the order is sent. If you have paid exclusively with an eVoucher or a gift card, we will be able to change an order but only for the same amount. If you need to change details of your delivery address, add or remove items from your order, please contact our Customer Loyalty team for advice.

If your order is already in "Preparation" status or has been dispatched or delivered, you will need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also return them to any Decathlon store.

There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange. Please see below for more details:
- Perishable goods such as food or drinks

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order is yet to arrive, or is incomplete, please check your order at your online account.

If your order is already in status "shipping" you can track your parcel after 1 business day with the tracking number provided in your personal account.
If your tracking number starts with FR, you can track your order at Royal MailThis link will open in a new window website.

If your tracking number starts with 1Z, you can track your order at UPSThis link will open in a new window website.

For bulky items, you will be contacted by our carrier as soon as your order is shipped, to discuss the best delivery date and time.
