USE THE RESISTANCE OF THE WATER

With the R360 dumbbells, you decide on the intensity of your workout in the water. The more energy and force of movement you use, the more you will increase the water resistance, making your muscles work harder.
The dumbbells allow you to move in all directions, and therefore can be used for any movement you like.

WHY WORK ON TONING YOUR MUSCLES

Muscle toning or strengthening is a very good exercise physical preparation in addition to your sports activity. Use them to speed up your progress and boost your performance. And what's more, you will shape your body!

THE POSITION TO ADOPT FOR THE EXERCISES AND A FEW EXAMPLES OF EXERCISES

Basic position: Keep your back straight, your feet attached to the ground and the knees slightly bent, then you're ready to go!

Exercise 1

Work on your upper body muscle endurance:
Lean forwards, with your left leg bent forwards and an R360 dumbbell in each hand. Stretch out your arms perpendicular to your bust and simultaneously rotate both arms forwards.
Repeat the exercise on your other leg.

Exercise 2

Work on your upper body muscle endurance:
Adopt the basic position. Stretch out both arms forwards as close together as possible, either with just one dumbbell R360 held with both hands, or one dumbbell in each hand.
Keep your arms together and make horizontal 8-shaped movements, with one part of the 8 underwater and the other above the surface.

Exercise 3

Improve the endurance of your arm muscles:
Lean on your forward foot with your leg bent, and your other leg stretched out behind you, and your pelvis and hips in a rear position to work your core muscles. With a R360 dumbbell in each hand, move your arms back and forth like a boxer. Repeat the exercise on both legs.
