When you're doing sport, it's vital to feel comfy in your movements. That means opting for clothes that allow you to move freely. This sports bra has been designed with this in mind. We've given it a muscle back to free up the shoulder blades so you can move your arms more easily.

You give it your all during your workout and often end up soaking wet. That's not always a pleasant feeling, right?!Well, thanks to this sports bra, you can say goodbye to sweat-related moisture.The technical fabric it's made from wicks perspiration away from the body.It also dries faster to keep you dry. We've also included a ventilated area between the breasts for greater comfort.

The idea is to protect your chest while preserving the breasts' natural movement.
How do we check the support levels offered by Decathlon's sports bras?
Our laboratories conduct breast support tests that assess the reduction in the breasts' acceleration during a sports activity. They are assessed then classified into 3 levels: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.
Which sport to associate with which level of support?
Depending on the type of sport you do, the level of support of your sports bra will vary. We offer 3 options: - Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.); - Level 3: medium support for activities that lead to a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.); - Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).
Measuring your chest to choose the right sports bra size
It's essential to choose the right size of sports bra to keep your breasts supported and comfortable. Here's how: - In front of a mirror, use a tape measure; - Hold your tape measure horizontally at the top of your back towards the bottom of your shoulder blades; - Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust; - Take the measurement without pulling it tight; Use our online calculator for more precision.
What size to choose for the seamless, muscle back, medium-support sports bra?
This sports bra is available in sizes XS to XL, and is recommended for cup sizes up to a C. The muscle back, typical of a sports bra, spreads support across the back. For cup sizes from a D and up, we've developed other models that are better suited.

How should you care for this seamless muscle back medium-support sports bra?
Designed for intensive sports use, this sports bra is totally resistant to frequent washing. We recommend washing it at no more than 30°C and placing it in our specially designed laundry bag (ref. 8505236). It cannot be put in the tumble dryer.
