This sports bra's medium level of support keeps you comfy when doing medium-impact activities such as dancing, fitness and cardio training.

How does the design of this medium support racer back sports bra with cups facilitate movement?

From squats to burpees, a lot of sports activities use your arms too. Which is why it's important to be able to move them freely. For this reason, we've added elastane to the fabric that this sports bra is made from. The elastane makes the fabric stretchier so that it can follow all of your movements. We've also used a racer back to free up your shoulder blades and make it even easier to move your arms.

What's the secret behind this sports bra's perspiration-wicking properties?

Happy for your T-shirt or sports bra to mop up your sweat during workouts, but really don't like that damp, sticky feeling you're left with? We know exactly where you're coming from. That's why, when designing the sports bra, we chose a technical fabric that can wick perspiration. It also dries quickly. The result: you'll stay dry, even when working up a sweat.

Why does this medium support sports bra have foam cups?

The foam cups in this sports bra are there for several reasons. By cupping your breasts, they keep you comfortable and provide support. They also provide additional protection from impacts. And because we want to look great when working out, they also create a nice shape.

Why is it essential to give your breasts enough protection during exercise?

When you exercise, your breasts, which are fragile and mainly supported by skin, experience higher impacts than they normally would. No matter your cup size or age, they're subjected to movements and bouncing that can create a force of up to five times their weight, depending on the intensity of your activity. Wearing a sports bra provides support, keeps you comfortable and protects your breasts from impacts, which prevents pain and premature sagging.

What are the different levels of support for?

When you exercise, your breasts are put through stresses and strains that stretch the skin and ligaments. If you aren't wearing any support, you're more likely to suffer from pain or premature sagging. On the other hand, too much support can have harmful consequences. Our sports bras are tested in our laboratories. They undergo breast support tests that measure the decrease in the breasts' acceleration during sports activities. They're then categorised as follows: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.

Our three levels of support are designed to meet the needs of different types of exercise: - Level 1: light support for activities with gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.); - Level 3: medium support for activities that lead to a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.); - Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).

How do you know which size sports bra to get?

By selecting the right bra size for your body, you'll enjoy optimal breast support and increased comfort. How to measure your bra size: - Stand in front of a mirror; - Hold a tape measure horizontally against your upper back, roughly level with the bottom of your shoulder blades; - Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust; - Take the measurement without pulling it tight; - Use our online calculator for the most precise results.

How should you care for this racer back sports bra with cups?

This bra is designed for intensive sports use and can be washed very frequently. We recommend washing it at no more than 30°C and placing it in our specially designed laundry bag (ref. 8505236). Use liquid detergent rather than powder, and do not use softeners as they could affect the fabric's breathability. Do not tumble dry.
