What level of support should your sports bra provide depending on the sport?
The bra support should be adjusted to the of the sports activity. Our range has 3 distinct levels:
- Level 1:light support for activities involving gentle chest movements (Pilates, stretching, muscle strengthening, etc.);
- Level 3: Medium support for activities that cause moderate bouncing (dance, fitness, cardio-training, etc.);
- Level 5: high support for activities involving vigorous movements (steps, treadmill, trampolining, etc.).
