Are these fitness shoes made for me?

Did you know?Wearing shoes suitable for fitness training reduces the risk of injury by 20% compared with wearing running shoes. Studies carried out by our Sportlab laboratory have demonstrated the presence of several movements that are specific to fitness and different from other sports (rotations, grouped jumps, squats, lunges, etc). That's why the Women's Mesh FSH 100 has been designed exclusively to help you perform these movements correctly, without any risk of injury.

Are these sports shoes designed for indoor use?

Because cardio fitness is mostly done in the gym and/or at home, our shoe has been designed for indoor use. For example, its 'softer' rubber is specifically designed for indoor use, and will wear out prematurely if it comes into repeated contact with tar. The grip of our soles has been tested on indoor surfaces. And speaking of soles, they don't leave marks on the floor! Clever, isn't it?

Like all our fitness shoes, the women's mesh FSH 100 has a 4 mm drop:ideal for bringing your feet closer to their natural position when you're not wearing shoes (i.e. a drop of 0 mm).

Your comfort first!

The liner of this shoe - in other words, the entire upper part into which you slide your foot - is made of mesh: a comfy, breathable material that moulds to the anatomy of your foot, following its curves as closely as possible. In short, the women's FSH 100 mesh is a genuine shoe that can be appreciated during exercise - and at other times ;) !

Multidirectional flexibility to move in any direction

The multi-directional flexibility refers to how well a shoe flexes and twists to support direction changes. Studies carried out by Sportlab have shown that ankle movement is different in fitness than in running, and that the need for flexion/extension is 1.7 times greater in fitness than in running. And, with its grooves in the forefoot, the HX Flex sole of this shoe follows the natural flexion of your foot.

A brief look at cushioning

As the name suggests, cushioning refers to a shoe's ability to absorb shocks and dampen vibrations. This shoe has been designed for low-impact fitness activities such as muscle strengthening, bums & tums,, etc.
